We remember Georgia Cord every day of every month of the year, but because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we feel both her absence and her inspiration to make a difference more acutely. Georgia was a loving wife, mother, and artist. She lost her battle to breast cancer in 2013, leaving behind a husband and two daughters. Her kindness, generous spirit, and compassion live on in the Peony Project
